FullSizeJeeps.com is being replaced with: GoFSJ.com
On Sunday, November 27, 2011 FullSizeJeeps.com will no longer be hosted.
On or around March/April of 2009 the hosting company (Globat) for FullSizeJeeps.com performed a migration from one server to another. Globat only migrated the files on the server and not the mySQL database. FullSizeJeeps.com was using a Coppermine photo gallery that heavily depends on a database. With the loss of the photo database the linkage between user accounts and photos was destroyed. Globat cannot or will not fix or restore the database from the old server.
Here is my current plan: Clean up the Folders/Files to allow people read access and proper web navigation to the photos. The photos will most likely not indicate who uploaded them, unless you put your username in the filename. I will then set up an entirely new site using a yet undetermined photo gallery. I will also, hopefully, be performing monthly/quarterly backups to prevent this from happening again.
I apologize for the last few years of poor availability of FullSizeJeeps.com. This will be the 3rd time I've switched galleries, and I think this is the 3rd time the site is down hard.
